Responsibilities
- Record and verify daily accounting transactions (AR/GL).
ตรวจสอบและบันทึกรายการบัญชีประจำวัน (ลูกหนี้/สมุดบัญชีแยกประเภท) - Support monthly and annual financial closing and prepare required reports.
สนับสนุนการปิดงบรายเดือน/รายปี พร้อมจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง - Handle billing, receipts, credit/debit notes, and payment documents.
ดูแลใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบลดหนี้/เพิ่มหนี้ และเอกสารการชำระเงิน - Monitor payment schedules and coordinate with vendors/customers.
ติดตามกำหนดการรับ–จ่ายเงิน และประสานงานกับลูกค้า/ซัพพลายเออร์ - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial records.
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้ข้อมูลทางการเงินถูกต้องครบถ้วน - Prepare accounting documents and maintain organized records.
จัดทำและจัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชีอย่างเป็นระบบ
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี - Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
มีประสบการณ์สายบัญชีไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี - Experience in monthly/annual closing and financial report preparation.
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการปิดงบและการจัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน - Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
ใช้ Excel และระบบบัญชี/ERP ได้ดี - Able to communicate in basic English for work purposes. Chinese communication is a plus.
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานเพื่อใช้ในงานได้ หากสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
