Responsibilities
- Manage new project development from kick-off through mass production.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project schedules, product development, tooling, sample trials, and production readiness.
- Support new product introduction (NPI), engineering changes (ECN), and new model transfers.
- Collaborate with Injection, Spray Painting, Pad Printing, Assembly, Quality, Production, and other related departments for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and customer-required documents.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions.
- Attend customer meetings and provide regular project status updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Development, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in Thailand.
- Malaysian nationality is preferred.
- Experience in Plastic Injection Manufacturing is a plus.
- Experience with Secondary Processes such as Spray Painting, Pad Printing, or Assembly is an advantage.
- Visa and Work Permit support will be provided by the company.
