Responsibilities
• Visit and consult clients in semiconductor, IC, and electronics manufacturing industries
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare quotations and technical documentation
• Coordinate orders, handle project timelines, and follow up on customer satisfaction
• Travel abroad for training and customer meetings when required
• Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or science (Electrical/Electronic, mechanical, material) or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in factory.
• Experience in the semiconductor/electronics field is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude
• Must have a personal car and a valid driver’s license
• Able to work independently under pressure
• Open to traveling overseas
