Field Service Engineer - บริษัท ซิมโฟนี เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

- Responsibility for service activity on the machine including installation, maintenance service and repair, user training- Resolve technical problems and ensures machine compliance with process specifications related to mechanical, machinery, and electrical.
- Perform and assist with corrective maintenance.
- Support technical for sales 
- Provide quotation and all concern information to customer.
- Communicate with the supplier and headquarters engineer in English..

-  Thai Nationality, Age between 25-40 years old above. - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years in Field Service engineer or maintenance engineer (Semiconductor process background is preferred) 
- Scientific equipment knowledge , Semicon machine, XRAY, SMT machine will be advantageous

-Contact supplier to support technical, traning operate machine and prepare manual/ technical document to customer and team
- Must have a Good command of English, both written & spoken skills. Able to work with foreign colleagues.
- Work independently, pleasant personality, and very good in service mind.
- Ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Pro-active attitude towards process improvement.
- Independent and positive personality.
- Able to travel in Thailand and outside Thailand.
- Must have car
- Must have ownership midset, because we looking for people to grow up together
