Building Manager (Leasing & Tenant Services) โซนรามคำแหง - Major Development Public Company Limited

Responsibilities: 

• Be responsible for all marketing and leasing aspects of the community through achieving marketing, leasing and general administration.
• Monitor yearly renew contract.
• Negotiate commercial terms and issue the lease agreement and other related document.
• Keep up date with office market to improve performance.
• Be responsible for mentoring the sale role with policies and procedures in alignment with company practices.
• Establish and build relationship with tenants, clients and business partners relevant to generating/retaining business and revenues.
• Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service support provided.
• Working 6 days/week

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
• Experience in consignment area management or Tenant Service (Office Building) at least 5 - 10 years.
• Demonstrate integrity, initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, grooming and exercise confidence in all areas of performance.
• Pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from tenants, customers and the general public.
• Have problem solving skill
• Team management skill
• Good computer skills in MS Office
