Joint Ventures - Real Estate Partnership Management (Sr.Officer - Supervisor) - Major Development Public Company Limited

Job Description

• Contact and coordinate with various departments within the group of companies
• Prepare and collect various data, financial data (Cash flow projection), sales and marketing analysis data to present to joint venture partners
• Conduct due diligence process to control operations under joint venture agreements
• Procure other sources of funding from financial institutions or HNW investors for project development within the group of companies
• Represent the company in communicating with the group of companies
• Prepare and analyze data for investors, analysts and executives
• Communicate with shareholders, individual/institutional investors and those interested in the company's securities
• Other tasks as assigned by the employer

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or other related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development.
- Understand business models, opportunities and business feasibility.
- Have strategic skills, can plan strategies, set plans and strategic goals.
- Always interested in and study trends, innovations and various business and marketing information.
- Have knowledge, skills and experience in managing Project / New Business.
- Have good communication skills and coordination with others.
- If you have experience in developing a condominium or real estate juristic person business, you will be given special consideration.
