Responsibilities
- Plan, review and evaluate information. To be correct and appropriate To present to executives for consideration
- Create, evaluate, and improve standards for various work processes. and ensure that each department operates according to the established processes.
- Build and maintain good relationships with various financial institutions. As a business partner
- Check the accuracy and completeness of various financial reports. before presenting to executives for consideration
- Create and review capital management plans. and recommend appropriate guidelines for executives to consider.
- Supervise compliance with various credit contracts.
- Coordinate with the bank in clarifying project information. and request assistance from the bank in special cases
- Ensure that each department operates according to established work process standards.
- Evaluate the work, give advice and be a consultant to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, business administration.
- Have knowledge and understanding of every aspect of the real estate development business.
- Have knowledge and understanding of methods. Rules and regulations for raising funds using various financial instruments.
- Able to analyze financial information and plan capital management.
- Have skills and experience in negotiating with financial institutions.
- Able to create work process standards. and can evaluate the team
