• Input import/export entries into a paperless system.
• Verify tariffs for import/export entries, BOI, tax refunds, free zone activities, and other related areas.
• Process claims related to incorrect customs tariffs and declaration amendments.
• Submit applications, 13 part 4 documents, and other customs-related documentation.
• Issue customs documents.
• Liaise with government organizations regarding necessary licenses.
• Prepare Excel templates for product information and HS Codes for data import into EDI systems.
• Prepare import-export licenses for customers, including NSW data, LPI, and Form FTA, coordinating with the Department of Foreign Trade or relevant agencies.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
• Occasional Saturday work may be required.

• Must be able to commute to Lat Krabang; public transport is not available nearby.
• Thai national, male or female, with 0-3 years of experience in EDI Paperless systems.
• Experience in checking tariffs for import/export entries, BOI, or related fields.
• Proficiency in using EDI paperless systems such as NETBAY, EDI SIAM, ECS, or TIFFA.
• Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English.
