Responsibilities
- Key in import/ export entry in a paperless system
- Check tariff of import/export entry, BOI, tax refund, free zone, or any related fields
- Handle claims (wrong customs tariff, declaration amendments)
- Submit applications, 13 part 4 documents, and customs-related docs
- Issue customs documents
- Contact government organizations about licenses
- Other tasks as assigned
- Prepare Excel templates for product information and HS Codes for importing data into EDI systems
- "Prepare import-export licenses for customers, such as NSW data. , LPI,
- Form FTA with the Department of Foreign Trade or related agencies. "
- Work on Saturday is required. (Not always)

Qualifications
** WORK IN LATKRABANG** NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT NEARBY
Thai, Male or female, with at least 0-3 years of experience in EDI Paperless systems
Experiences in checking tariff of import/ export entry, BOI, or related fields
Good knowledge of using EDI paperless systems, e.g. NETBAY, EDI SIAM, ECS, TIFFA
Good command of both Thai & English, written and spoken
Able to work on Saturdays (Not always).
