Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions (PV, RV, AR, AP). 
• Prepare and post journal entries. 
• Reconcile Bank statements and Balance Sheet account.  
• Maintain accurate and up to date accounting records.
• Issue Invoices and Payments.
• Monitor Cash flow and payment schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare and submit tax filings (e.g. VAT, withholding Tax) and ensure that taxation is properly performed aligned with tax regulations and submitted on time. 
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors. 
• Support and resolve customer issues regarding the accounting module of the ERP system (The Ai Logistics).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (new graduates are welcome).
• 0-3 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems will be advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with good strategic thinking and implementation.
