Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support sales and marketing activities for ERP software products (The AI Logistics Software)
- Prepare presentation materials, quotations, and contracts for clients
- Track and manage customer data within the system, including sales information
- Support the organization of marketing events, such as exhibitions, online events
- Compile weekly or monthly reports on sales and marketing activities
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, booklets, postcards
- Coordinate with the designer (out-sourced) to meet the company marketing requirements
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-5 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role; new graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in Google Workspace such as Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gemini Notebook and Gemini AI
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to learn and understand new software products quickly
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
