Responsibilities
- ติดตั้งและกำหนดค่าอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย เช่น เราเตอร์ สวิตช์ และไฟร์วอลล์
- ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเสถียรภาพ
- แก้ไขปัญหา (troubleshoot) เครือข่ายและระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับแจ้ง
- ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพเครือข่ายและจัดทำรายงานเพื่อการปรับปรุง
- ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเครือข่าย
- จัดทำเอกสารประกอบการติดตั้งและการกำหนดค่าระบบเครือข่าย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Network Engineer 2-4 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในโปรโตคอลเครือข่าย เช่น TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายจากผู้ผลิตชั้นนำ เช่น Cisco, Juniper หรือ Huawei
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครือข่ายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับลูกค้าได้ดี
- หากมีใบรับรองด้านเครือข่าย เช่น CCNA, CCNP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
