Job Purpose:
Research, analyze, and architect tailored technology solutions that address complex client requirements and align with industry benchmarks. Collaborate closely with technical specialists and systems analysts to ensure smooth transition from concept to implementation, driving business growth for the Digital Innovation division.
- Technology Solution Development: Proactively identify, design, and propose tailored technology and system architecture solutions that solve specific client needs while ensuring full alignment with industry standards.
- Solution Presentation: Prepare, customize, and deliver compelling technical presentations to clients and key stakeholders, effectively translating complex technical concepts into clear business values.
- Technical Collaboration: Facilitate smooth handovers of proposed solution architectures to System Analysts and Technology Specialists, providing comprehensive insights and detailed documentation for further analysis and implementation.
- Research & Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor, research, and evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to assess their potential relevance and positive impact on customers.
- Innovation & Product Development: Conduct R&D to develop new application concepts or product solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to capture market demands.
- Partnership Building: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with local and international technology vendors/partners to enrich the company’s solution offerings and delivery capabilities.
- Customer Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients throughout the solution lifecycle, deeply understanding their operating challenges and providing ongoing advisory support.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Business Computer, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years of professional experience as a Design Engineer, Solution Architect, or Pre-Sales Engineer in technology/business development.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record in developing and architecting technology solutions within the Government, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors.
Key Skills:
- Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical frameworks to diverse audiences.
- Strong baseline in applying modern technology, automation systems, or data management architectures within industrial environments.
