Production Supervisor - Aeroworks Group

*Working: 6 Days/Week (Mon. - Sat.)*
Location: Leam Chabang Industrial Estate, Chonburi (Free Zone 2)

Job Descriptions:

The Production Supervisor shall do the following to accomplish the above:

• Maintains workflow by monitoring the progress of the steps in the process.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning subordinates to the appropriate tasks.
• Make CNC Program of parts from 3D model by using Computer software for Turning and Turn-mill machines.
• Ensures the timely completion by of all records needed, such as work orders and inspection reports.
• Control team to prepare all necessary equipment to set-up CNC machines in an efficient manner.
• Communicate with the superiors for any part irregularity, quality problems, machine malfunction or breakdown during setup.
• Monitor cycle time for the parts being made so that it remains within the stipulated time.
• Ensures strict adherence to all procedures and instructions that apply to all aspects of his/her department, including safety, quality and the environment.
• Assumes other activities and responsibilities as needed.
• Anything the (Assistant) Production Manager deems necessary.

Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or technical in machine tooling, mechanical related field.
• At least 3 years of previous machining experience setting up, controlling and programming CNC machines, preferably with 4, 5 axis.
• Ability to read job orders, Drawings, measuring instruments (i.e. micrometers, calipers) and specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate with other personnel is required.
• Self-disciplined and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work with and improve systems and procedures, without being bound by them.
• Ability to communicate in English with Superiors.
• Understand of basic quality control, quality systems and quality assurance principles, tools and techniques

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to handle Programming and follow up for setup by regular movement during working time.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate machinery for precision work
• Vision should be good enough to inspect machined parts closely to ensure that they meet specifications.
