Production Supervisor - Aeroworks Group

Working : 6 Days/Week (Mon. - Sat.) and able to work in shift.

Location: Leam Chabang Industrial Estate, Chonburi (Free Zone 2)

About the role

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the production of parts and/or assemblies by supervising their team and organizing and monitoring workflow. They will perform trainings to their team as well as keep their team motivated and inform HR and the Production Manager about the condition of their team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains workflow by monitoring the progress of the steps in the process

• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning subordinates to the appropriate tasks

• Communicates with the Assistant/Production Manager and other Production Supervisors continuously about the adherence to the production plan and reports any (potential) problem

• Ensures the timely completion of all records needed, such as work orders and inspection reports

• Ensures the daily completion of the hour records, needed by HR and Accounting to calculate product costs as well as salaries

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing subordinates

• Training subordinates to the applicable work instructions and procedures

• Directs, monitors and appraises the performance of subordinates

• Keeps (Assistant) Production Manager and HR informed about subordinates attitudes/performance and seeks mutual agreement between the management and the employees

• Ensures strict adherence to all procedures and instructions that apply to all aspects of the department, including safety, quality and the environment

• Assumes other activities and responsibilities as needed

• Anything the Assistant/Production Manager deems necessary

• High Vocational Certificate of technician and related field

• At least 3 years of previous machining experience setting up, controlling and programming CNC machines. 

• Positive attitude with a good understanding of responsibility

• Able to motivate and communicate with subordinates

• Able to work collaborative with individuals in the organization in a team environment

• Able to communicate in English with Superiors

• Applicable Work Instructions, procedures training

• Understand of basic quality control, quality system and quality assurance principles, tool and techniques

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to handle Programming and follow up for setup by regular movement during working time.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate machinery for precision work
• Vision should be good enough to inspect machined parts closely to ensure that they meet specifications.
