Responsibilities
(Work Location: Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Sriracha, Chonburi)
Responsibilities:
- Creating a new Bill of Materials (BOM) with routings in the ERP system as well as coordinating changes to existing BOMs
- Coordinating with various departments, i.e., Marketing, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Planning, to keep informed of new BOM’s or BOM changes.
- Communicating with designers to ensure the correct interpretation of design documentation.
- Investigating identified implementation issues and process feedback to update BOM files.
- Communicating issues and/or project status to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of tools, processes, and procedures that will be used by the BOM Specialist as well as other functional areas, to ensure accurate BOMs.
- Verifying BOM and BOM routing with actual usage with concerned departments such as Manufacturing Engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related preferred.
- Has strong BOM background experiences.
- Good knowledge of materials management, supply chain fundamentals and manufacturing.
- Advanced troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Analytical skills.
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
