Responsibilities
- Check machine and all equipment including tooling are ready to produce the product / ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์การผลิตรวมทั้ง tooling ทั้งหมด
- Receive raw materials from store and check Quantity and make sure QC stamp accepted / รับวัตถุดิบจากสโตร์ตรวจเช็คจำนวนและต้องมั่นใจว่า QC สแตมป์ผ่านของกระบวนการก่อนหน้า
- To check CNC program compare with part number on work order and sent WO To programmer for stamp pass / ตรวจเช็ค CNC program เปรียบเทียบกับ WO และส่ง WO ให้โปรแกรมเมอร์สแตมป์
- Clean and Clamping raw material / ทำความสะอาดและจับยึดวัตถุดิบ
- Start machine for make the parts / กดปุ่มสตาร์ทเพื่อผลิตชิ้นงาน
- Unclamp and take parts old from the jig or fixture the clean parts / คลายแคลมพ์แล้วเอางานออกและทำความสะอาดชิ้นงาน
- To measure dimension of parts follow in process inspection report or drawing requirement record / วัดขนาดชิ้นงานตามเอกสารกำหนดหรือตามแบบงานแล้วบันทึกค่า
- Request and exchange now tool for replacement / เบิกและแลกเปลี่ยน Tool
- To count parts quantity finish good and clear all nonconforming part bring to QC issue NCR / นับชิ้นงานและแยกงานที่ไม่ได้คุณภาพให้คิวซีออกใบ NCR
- Close works and bring WO to QC for recheck and sign off / ปิดเวิล์คและส่งเวิล์คออเดอร์ให้คิวซีตรวจสอบแล้วเช็คปิดเวิล์ค
- To count and return left over to store / นับและส่งเศษวัตถุดิบคืนสโตร์
- Move finished parts to keep at next area / ย้ายชิ้นงานที่ทำเสร็จไปไว้ที่พื้นที่ต่อไป
- Record working hour and production report sent to supervisor / บันทึกชั่วโมงการทำงานและรายละเอียดการทำงานส่งหัวหน้า
- To clean the machine and working area / ทำความสะอาดเครื่องจักรและพื้นที่การทำงาน
- Separate material clip and bring to scrap compactor / แยกเศษและนำไปไว้ที่พื้นที่อัดเศษ
- To inform all necessary information to connection shift / บอกเรื่องราวที่เป็นประโยชน์ให้กับกะต่อไป (ต่อกะ)
Qualifications
- Male/Female age 22 - 35 Years / เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี
- Graduated with a Vocational Diploma or higher in Industrial Mechanical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. / จบวุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.ขึ้นไป สาขา ช่างกลโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Knowledge and skills in Machine and Mechanical equipment / มีทักษะความรู้เรื่องเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์เครื่องกล
- Knowledge and skills in measuring instruments / มีทักษะความรู้เรื่องเครื่องมือวัด
- Work 6 Days/Week and able to work in shifts / ทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์และสามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้
- Able to commute to work independently (no company shuttle service) / สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้ (ไม่มีรถรับ-ส่ง)
