Project Planner - Aeroworks Group

Work Location: Leam Chabang Industrial Estate (Free Zone 2)

• Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
• Responsible for development of production planning functions including order planning, shop scheduling and shipping plan.
• Effective communicate with various internal departments on any potential production issues or needs.
• Effective communicate production status to mangers and customers on regular basis.
• Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules in reaction of unforeseen conditions.
• Support cross plant/departmental teams and projects as necessary.
• Conduct weekly meeting reviewing orders for shortages and timeliness with all concern departments.
• Monitor schedules for on time completion, shipment and weekly sale order.
• Monitors backorder and expedites product to stock.
• Maintain and review the production plan in order to adjust for forecast changes and unexpected sales.
• Monitor project progress to ensure completion within deadlines.
• Report Customer OTD and Internal KPI.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Process Planning, Planning Engineer.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems is a must.
• Knowledge of various manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities.
• Able to work well under both time and accuracy pressure.
