Responsibilities
Work Location: Leam Chabang Industrial Estate (Free Zone 2)

To strengthen the Procurement team, support increasing workload, and identify a candidate who can independently manage purchasing activities, reduce the team’s workload, support cost management, and contribute to improving procurement processes and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for both Direct Material Purchasing and Indirect Purchasing activities.
• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including supplier sourcing, quotation requests, quotation analysis, negotiation, Purchase Order creation, and delivery follow-up.
• Manage purchasing activities for raw materials such as Aluminum, Steel, and Plastic.
• Perform Material Cost Analysis / Cost Breakdown Analysis to support decision-making and supplier negotiations.
• Manage and develop supplier relationships to achieve targets in Cost, Quality, and Delivery.
• Monitor purchase order status, resolve issues, and coordinate with relevant functions such as Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Production, and Quality.
• Support Cost Saving initiatives and Continuous Improvement activities to enhance procurement efficiency.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Buyer roles.
• Experience in both Direct Material Purchasing and Indirect Purchasing.
• Experience in purchasing materials such as Aluminum, Steel, and Plastic will be an advantage.
• Strong skills in cost analysis, quotation comparison, and supplier negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize workload effectively, and work under pressure or tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently, follow up tasks until completion, and proactively solve problems.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and support team growth.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Able to communicate in English at a working level for purchasing activities and communication with overseas suppliers.
