Responsibilities

Direct Roles and Responsibility
  •     Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and revenue targets.
  •     Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  •     Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  •     Understand client needs and articulate how our IT solutions including Microsoft 365, Security, Endpoint Management, and Cloud Services.
  •     Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals, demos, and presentations.
  •     Manage the entire sales pipeline, track activities, and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  •     Lead client negotiations, prepare and present proposals, and close deals in accordance with company policies.
  •     Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle and post-sale engagement.
  •     Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to communicate progress, insights, and strategic recommendations. 

Qualifications

  • At least 5 - 8 years of experience in IT solution sales , preferably with Microsoft and Cloud Technology
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Security, Endpoint Management, and Cloud Services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 Fundamentals, Security & Compliance) are a plus.
