Cloud Architecture & Solution Design

• Design and develop multi-cloud and hybrid architectures leveraging Azure, AWS, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud, ensuring alignment with customer business and technical objectives.
• Create detailed solution designs, architecture documentation, and cloud migration and modernization roadmaps (rehost, replatform, refactor) based on assessment of the customer's existing environment.
• Produce detailed technical architecture diagrams, high-level designs (HLDs), and low-level designs (LLDs).
• Recommend appropriate cloud service combinations (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) to align with performance, cost, and compliance needs.

Consulting & Pre-Sales Support
• Lead or support the creation of:
- Statements of Work (SOWs) for professional and managed services.
- Technical proposals and solution overviews.
- Bills of Materials (BOMs) and license/consumption models for cloud projects.
- Workload sizing and infrastructure estimation to support capacity planning and budgeting.
• Support pre-sales activities including technical presentations, solution design, proposal development, comply spec and TOR preparation (including government projects).
• Collaborate with the sales team to position and present technical solutions during RFP/RFI responses.
• Engage directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements, assess existing environments, and provide strategic cloud adoption roadmaps.
• Meet customers in Bangkok and other provinces to maintain relationships and create future opportunities.
POC, Demonstration, and Workshops
• Develop and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) and demo environments to validate and showcase cloud solutions.
• Conduct technical workshops and discovery sessions with customers to understand business needs and co-develop cloud strategies.
• Document findings and transform them into actionable architecture recommendations.

Research, Innovation & Reusability
• Stay current with cloud trends, services, and tools—including innovations from Alibaba Cloud, Azure, AWS, and GCP—by continuously researching new offerings, architectural patterns, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML, containers, and serverless solutions.
• Develop reference architectures, templates, and reusable assets to accelerate project delivery while assessing and recommending innovative cloud solutions that enhance performance, security, and agility.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend best-fit solutions for client use cases.

Delivery Collaboration & Enablement
• Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure architecture is properly translated into successful deployments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Provide technical handover to the implementation team, review designs, and resolve escalated technical issues during delivery.

Security, Governance, and Optimization
• Ensure solutions follow cloud security best practices, governance policies, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PDPA, NIST).
• Define landing zone, identity and access management, networking, and governance baselines aligned with the Well-Architected
 Frameworks of each cloud provider.
• Design backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity solutions to meet customer RPO/RTO requirements.
• Apply FinOps practices to recommend cloud cost-saving strategies and improve operational efficiency; promote cost and performance enhancements for all environments.

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud solution architecture, infrastructure design, or enterprise IT.
• Proven experience with at least two of the following: Azure, AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, identity, virtualization, storage, backup, and DR.
• Track record of delivering SOWs, proposals, BOMs, and workload sizing models for enterprise clients.
• Proficient in architecture modeling tools (e.g., Draw.io, Visio) and IaC (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation).
• Familiar with DevOps, containerization (Kubernetes), and automation concepts.
• Pre-sales, consulting, or government/TOR-based project experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer engagement, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high initiative, and ability to work without supervision.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Preferred Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect and Alibaba Cloud Certified Professional/Expert
