Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to application usage and technical workflows on cloud services architecture.
- Performing system and cloud services configuration
- Work closely and support sales team from a technical perspective.
- Work closely with a team of architects and engineers to create technical documents and proposals.
- Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations, technical presentations, and sharing.
- Assist the first-line customer support team in addressing technical issues from clients.
- Collaborate with the internal development and product teams to ensure efficient progression in solving technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in roles related to Application Support or Cloud Administration
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Scripting/Programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) is preferred
