Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting, finance, tax, annual budget, and forecasting activities.
- Support headquarters reporting requirements in Japan.
- Liaise with the company's bank, external/internal tax advisors, and audit advisors.
Qualifications
- Female Age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in a management role
- Experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing business
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and resources
- In-depth understanding of cost accounting principles
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
