Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Risk Management & Trading Operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing projects across teams covering all related Technology functions while collaborating with other departments to ensure work progresses on schedule and within agreed deadlines.
The ideal candidate understands the business context, communicates effectively with both Technical Teams and senior-level stakeholders, and is capable of managing documentation, tracking deliverables, and reporting project status in a structured and reliable manner.

1. Cross-Team Project Management
  • Plan and track project Timelines, Milestones, and Project Plans to ensure on-schedule delivery
  • Maintain and update Project Trackers, Sprint Boards, and Jira at all times
  • Prioritize tasks in alignment with Team Leads

2. Cross-Team & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact between the team and other departments such as Back Office, Marketing, and Development
  • Facilitate follow-up meetings and ensure Action Items are captured and tracked accurately
  • Coordinate with external parties such as Vendors or Technology Partners as assigned
3. Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare Meeting Minutes, Status Reports, and project summaries for internal teams and management
  • Create Checklists and SOPs for each project rollout to ensure clear operational guidelines across all teams
  • Maintain the accuracy and organization of all project documentation in both Thai and English
4. Internal Process Support
  • Support the Head of Department in preparing data, documents, or presentations for board-level or management meetings
  • Maintain and improve Jira Workflows in coordination with the Jira Admin to align ticketing systems with actual operational processes
  • Assist in designing and improving internal team processes to enhance overall efficiency

Qualifications

• Thai nationality, aged 22 – 29 years

• Bachelor's Degree or above in one of the following fields or related disciplines: Business Administration / Management

    – Economics
    – Computer Science / Information Technology
    – Engineering (related fields)
• 1 – 3 years of work experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Operations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Notion, Trello, or equivalent project management tools
• Comfortable working with MS Office and Google Workspace
• Professional-level English communication and writing skills : TOEIC score of 700 or above (or equivalent)
• Able to independently produce documents such as Meeting Minutes, Status Reports, and SOPs
• Strong analytical thinking : able to identify problems and propose practical solutions
• Effective stakeholder management skills : able to work across teams with different working styles
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently

Nice to Have:
• Experience in FinTech or banking industry
• Prior experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role
• Experience coordinating with international vendors or technology partners
• Ability to analyze and present data using Excel, PowerPoint, or data visualization tools
