Responsibilities
Role Overview: Preserve narrative integrity, character motivation, timeline logic, and visual continuity across production, maintaining the master script as the single source of truth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track character arcs, chronology, locations, and world logic to prevent narrative plot holes or contradictions prior to AI rendering.
- Audit generated video footage against the master script, logging visual gaps, prompt hallucinations, or unintended deviations.
- Maintain a live continuity tracker detailing character states, wardrobe, lighting cues, background props, and spatial relations across scenes.
- Facilitate alignment across directorial, art design, and editorial teams by communicating script change decisions swiftly.
- Oversee strict script version control and maintain a transparent, traceable revision history throughout production iterations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Background in script supervisions, script editing, continuity management, or editorial assembly for screen media.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional visual and analytical eagle-eye capabilities to spot subtle continuity flaws, background shifts, or logic errors instantly.
- Data & Process Skills: Advanced organizational abilities using tracking software (Notion, ShotGrid, Airtable, Excel).
- Communication: Clear, concise communication skills for bridging technical production leads with creative directors.
- Submission: 1–3 examples of continuity sheets, script breakdowns, or detailed revision logs.
