Responsibilities
Role Overview: Execute video generation using advanced AI tools, managing prompt inputs, visual references, motion control, and render efficiency to deliver seamless footage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate creative briefs and storyboards into optimized prompt packages and image reference sets using tools like Seedance, Higgsfield, Runway, or Kling.
- Control video outputs using Image-to-Video, Camera Control vectors, Motion Brush, and keyframe constraints.
- Evaluate generated takes for motion glitches, flickering, identity shifts, frame instability, and lighting drift.
- Document generation setups, prompt formulas, seeds, take IDs, and compute costs for scalable production tracking.
- Apply post-generation enhancements (upscaling, frame interpolation, localized inpainting) to deliver production-ready clips.
Qualifications
- Experience: Portfolio demonstrating high-quality generative AI video clips, commercials, or short films.
- Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with cutting-edge video generation platforms (Seedance, Higgsfield, Runway Gen-3, Luma Dream Machine, Kling AI, Hailuo AI).
- Technical Skills: Mastery of frame rates, video codecs, motion vectors, generation seeds, resolution upscaling, and frame interpolation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to fix AI render artifacts and visual flaws.
- Submission: 1–3 generative video reels or complete scenes with prompt/take metadata breakdowns.
