Job Overview
The Private Secretary Specializing in Finance provides executive-level financial and administrative support to the Executive / High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI). This role focuses on managing financial transactions, consolidating financial reports from the accounting team, and tracking overall investment portfolios. The candidate acts as a key liaison between the Executive, internal accounting teams, and external financial institutions with high attention to accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Control
- Manage and oversee financial transactions and liquidity to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Control, track, and audit cash flows and financial commitments.
- Establish and maintain secure, organized filing systems for financial records, contracts, and legal documents.
Financial Reporting & Accounting Liaison
- Consolidate, summarize, and analyze financial statements, operating results, and accounting reports received from the accounting team for Executive review.
- Verify the accuracy of financial data and reports before presenting them to the Executive.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Executive and internal/external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.
Investment Portfolio Monitoring & Summary
- Track, consolidate, and report on the performance and overview of various investment portfolios (e.g., equities, funds, real estate, and alternative assets).
- Act as the primary point of contact for Private Bankers, Fund Managers, Brokers, and Wealth Advisors.
- Review, filter, and summarize key insights from financial analysis reports and new investment proposals prior to Executive consideration.
Documentation & Information Security
- Screen, prepare, and summarize key financial documents and contracts in both Thai and English.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security regarding all financial data, investments, and business transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Financial Coordinator, Private Banking Associate, or Investment Assistant.
- Excellent command of English and Thai (written and spoken) for professional business communication (TOEIC score of 750+ or equivalent is preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, capital markets, and investment products.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling/reporting, and experience with digital documentation tools.
