Responsibilities
Job Purpose Responsible for operational execution, field activities, and building relationships with local communities, local government partners, universities, and stakeholders. Manages image-enhancing projects, handles agreement documentation (MOUs), and collects social impact data to support the organization's brand image and sustainability strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Coordination
- Translate strategic corporate affairs and community relations plans into actionable plans, driving projects to meet goals on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Communications, Legal, HR) and external entities to ensure seamless project execution.
- Proactively participate in university field activities, such as Career Days, Tech Hackathons, and Guest Lectures.
2. Community Engagement & Relationship Building
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote positive relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for community stakeholders, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
- Organize and participate in events, workshops, and public meetings to engage with the community.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, local leaders, and government agencies.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with non-profits, schools, and other community groups.
- Act as an ambassador for the organization, representing its interests in community interactions.
3. Government & Stakeholder Coordination
- Track document statuses, official request letters, and various privileges related to corporate projects.
- Support executives by preparing information, arranging appointments, and hosting external executive delegations.
- Represent management in liaising with communities, universities, and government sectors.
4. Reporting and Evaluation
- Track and report on the outcomes of community relations efforts, including key metrics and feedback.
- Prepare and present reports to management on community engagement activities and their impact.
- Conduct regular community surveys to assess needs and measure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community relations, Corporate Social Responsibility or a related business field.
- Proven work experience in external relations or government affairs coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders (including Thai government departments, local communities, universities, and partners).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Goal-oriented, teamwork-focused, continuous learner, and flexible.
- Professional demeanor, appropriate conduct in all situations, and a positive mindset.
