Responsibilities
Job Overview
Work directly alongside the R&D Product Manager in the Labs team to research, prototype, and implement cutting-edge technologies, systems, and frameworks (e.g., AI Agents, Automation Tools, Advanced Databases, Sandboxes, and Modern Frameworks). The core goal is to solve complex business pain points, drive future product innovation, and rapidly translate research outcomes into production-ready quick features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and experiment with emerging technologies without being tied to a single tech stack to build Proofs of Concept (POCs) addressing business challenges.
- Design and construct prototype systems (AI, Automation, Infrastructure, Custom Tools) to validate technical feasibility and evaluate business impact.
- Collaborate with the Labs team to transform experimental POCs into production-ready quick features or microservices.
- Summarize experiment results, assess business impact, and deliver clear documentation and product demos alongside the R&D PM.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience or high-potential fresh graduates passionate about emerging technologies and business problem-solving through software engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript / Node.js, with the ability to learn new languages and tools quickly.
- First-principles thinker who actively asks, "How can this technology solve real business pain points?"
- Hands-on experience or genuine interest in building systems using AI Frameworks, Automation Tools, APIs, or modern Data Technologies.
- Agile problem solver who thrives on building fast prototypes, experimenting with unfamiliar tech stacks, and shipping concrete value into production products.
