Project Engineer – Home Renovation Specialist - RUANGANAN CORPORATION LTD.

Responsibility: 

1. Create Document & Control project timing, schedule and budget (S-Curve)

2. Daily Report, Weekly Report, Monthly report, RFA, RFI, Combine Shop Drawing

3. Tender and manage contractors

4. Approve progress and payment term for customer & sub-contact

5. Manage Variation Order (VO)

6. Take Estimate BOQ and control budget

7. Obtain permits during construction such as temporary utilities

8. Coordinate with related departments and outsources (Architect, Purchasing and Engineer)

9. Work with project development team and designers for material and shop drawing approval

10. Monitoring and construction progress report (Phase I, Phase II, Phase III )

11. Organize daily and weekly STAFF & DC meeting reports

12. Tracking & Solve problem

13. Prepare documents for hiring contractors

14. Create RFI & Coordinator with designer

15. Prepare monthly productivity reports to Management teams

Qualification: (at least 5 - 7 years of experience)

- Male or Female

- Age 30-40 years

-Leadership skills

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related

- Have computer skill in Microsoft Office (Autocad,Project, Excel, Planner.. etc)

- Have experience working on horizontal housing projects
