Responsibilities
-Experience in electronics, HDD, or precision manufacturing in dustries.
-Knowledge of Industry 4.0, or digital calibration management systems.
-Experience with CMM programming (e.g., MCOSMOS, PC-DMIS ,Calypso) and vision measurement software.
-Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001/IATF 16949/ISO 17025) is an advantage.
-Experience leading engineers and technicians in a calibration or metrology laboratory.
-Ability to train and coach engineers and technicians on metrology best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metrology, or a related filed.
- Experience 5-8 years of experience in calibration, metrology, or measurement systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, or other applicable quality standards.
- Good understanding of Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including GR&R, Bias, Linearity, Stability, and Uncertainty of measurement.
- Experience managing calibration system, calibration schedules, and calibration records.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring equipment, such as : CMM ,Vision Measurement System (OGP/QV), Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges, Dial Indicators, Pin Gauges, Ring Gauges, Thread Gauges
- Force gauge ,Torque, Pressure, Temperature, and Electrical measuring instruments
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), and dimensional tolerances.
- Familiar with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, SPC, and capability studies.
- Experience in internal audits, customer audits, and external certification audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone Analysis.
- Experience in leading calibration improvement projects and implementing measurement process improvements.
- Good project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Wore, PowerPoint, and calibration management software.
- Good command of written and Spoken English.
