Logistics Sales & Pricing Officer - HYUNDAI GLOVIS LOGISTICS Co.,Ltd.

Identify prospective customers, make initial contact and arrange sales meetings.

Understand customer logistics requirements and propose suitable services with support from the sales team.

Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to secure new business.

Identify and evaluate transport companies, customs brokers, warehouse operators and other logistics service providers.

Compare rates, service coverage, capacity and reliability to recommend suitable providers for customer requirements.

Coordinate commercial discussions and maintain supplier contacts and service information.

Obtain, compare and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and freight forwarders.

Verify surcharges, local charges, free time, sailing schedules and rate validity before preparing quotations.

Maintain updated rate records and inform the sales team of market changes.

Prepare cost calculations, customer quotations, proposals and tender documents, taking expected margins into account.

Coordinate with operations to confirm service feasibility and hand over confirmed business.

Maintain customer records and sales activity updates and respond to customer enquiries.

2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably in sales, pricing or sales support.

Working knowledge of sea freight processes, freight rates, surcharges and local logistics services.

Experience negotiating with shipping lines or logistics service providers and preparing customer quotations.

Good command of Thai and English for business communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including cost comparisons and margin calculations.

Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Existing relationships with shipping lines or logistics service providers in Thailand are an advantage.
