Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to attract, retain, and develop talent.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address talent management needs.
- Spearhead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Provide HR-related advice and support to managers and employees.
- Ensure the company's HR practices align with its strategic goals and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources management role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis and HR-related software and systems
- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and drive change
- Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and programs
