Responsibilities
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย เช่น ใบเสนอราคา สัญญา ใบสั่งซื้อ และรายงานการขาย
- ติดต่อและติดตามลูกค้าเรื่องการสั่งซื้อ การส่งมอบสินค้า และการให้ข้อมูลหรือบริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดเก็บและอัปเดตข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบ จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดขายและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขาย
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารและข้อมูลสำหรับแคมเปญการตลาด หรือกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย
- ตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า และทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายจัดส่งและคลังสินค้า
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีการตลาด การขาย การบัญชี การบริหารธุรกิจ คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ ไอที หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ทักษะที่จำเป็น
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำนักงานได้ เช่น Microsoft Office หรือระบบ CRM ได้
- สามารถสื่อสารทางอีเมลด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีระเบียบวินัย
