Senior Accounting Officer (Master Data Management) - Advanced Info Service PLC. (BP2)

·      Approve to create and change Business Partner, GL, Cost Center and Profit Center Master data in SAP S/4HANA.

·      Ensure data entry aligns with standards and identify data inconsistencies or duplicates.

·      Communicate with business users to clarify requests or resolve data issues and follow up on incomplete records / pending documents.

·      Create and update manual / work instructions.

·      Analyze master data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

·      Perform data profiling, validation, and cleansing.

·      E2E Master Data monitoring and reconciliation.

·      Identify root causes of data issues and propose solutions.

     ·      Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
·     At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or business administration.
·      Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
·      Self-motivated, responsible, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
·      Fast learner with a strong ability to understand new concepts and processes.
·      Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and stakeholders.
