Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractor performance, compliance, and daily coordination for enterprise service delivery and project implementation.
  • Ensure subcontractors adhere to project standards, timelines, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor work progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks impacting service quality or project milestones.
  • Verify documentation, work completion, and cost-related submissions from subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve subcontractor efficiency and support operational processes.






Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in subcontractor management, vendor coordination, or project operations (telecom/IT/construction preferred).
  • Knowledge of contract management, vendor performance evaluation, and project-based work order/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with good understanding of cost control and documentation checks.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English; proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, or related reporting tools.
