Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน (User Requirements) และทำความเข้าใจกระบวนการทำงานขององค์กร (Business Process) เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาเป็นระบบ

• System Design: ออกแบบโครงสร้างระบบ (System Architecture), System Flow และ Process Flow ให้สอดคล้องกับโจทย์ทางธุรกิจ

• Documentation: จัดทำเอกสารระบบที่ได้มาตรฐานทั้ง BRD, FRD, SRS รวมถึงไดอะแกรมต่างๆ เช่น Use Case, User Story, DFD และ ER Diagram เพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนาและอ้างอิง

• Database Design: ออกแบบและทำความเข้าใจโครงสร้างฐานข้อมูล (Data Model) เพื่อรองรับการจัดเก็บข้อมูลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

• Collaboration: ประสานงานระหว่างผู้ใช้งาน (Users) และทีมพัฒนา (Programmer/Developer) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าระบบที่พัฒนาตรงตามความต้องการ

• Testing & Support: สนับสนุนการทดสอบระบบ (UAT / SIT) ร่วมกับทีม QA และ User รวมถึงช่วยวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาหลังการใช้งานจริง (Post-Go-Live Support)

Qualifications

• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจใน System Analysis & Design และ Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• เข้าใจการทำงานของ Relational Database เช่น MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle หรือ SQL Server

• มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ Web Frameworks, Front-end และ Back-end

• Communication: มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถสื่อสารภาษาเทคนิคให้ทีมพัฒนาเข้าใจได้ชัดเจน

ทักษะที่จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (Nice-to-Haves):

• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานแบบ Agile หรือ Scrum

• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่อง API, Web Application หรือ System Integration
