Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to position AIS EEC as Thailand’s leading digital innovation hub for businesses and industries.
  • Create and manage marketing content, storytelling, and digital communications that reflect AIS’s leadership in Cloud, Data & AI, Network, and 5G.
  • Coordinate and support customer visits, including scheduling, welcoming guests, and ensuring seamless visit experiences.
  • Organize and support events, seminars, workshops, and exhibitions hosted at the center, both for AIS and partners.
  • Track and report visitor engagement, event feedback, and campaign performance to measure marketing impact.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the showcase content, storytelling flow, and visitor journey to manage branding and visitor experience to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Product Marketing, Sales, Solution, and Partnership teams to support marketing initiatives that enhance awareness and lead generation for enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand communication, customer engagement, or event marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital business trends, enterprise technology, and industry innovation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience in supporting sales and product marketing initiatives.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).

Over the course of 31 years of providing telecommunication infrastructure to Thai society, starting in 1990 under collaborative contract or concessionaires, AIS was granted the right to utilize state frequencies under the 25-year Built-Transfer-Operate (BTO) agreement.
