Responsibilities
- Support the execution of social media plans, working closely with the content and design team.
- Assist in organizing product launch campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate KOL/influencer marketing programs and manage communications with selected KOLs
- Help manage marketing communications, including copywriting for digital platforms, POSM materials, and brand assets.
- Collaborate with the team on event marketing, including pop-ups, trade shows, or press events.
- Track campaign results and support reporting to ensure alignment with KPIs.
- Work closely with brand and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent message across touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role (new grads with strong internship experience and passion will also be considered).
- Interest in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and detail-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple projects.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Preferred
- Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer products
