Responsibilities
- บันทึกบัญชีเกี่ยวกับการรับชำระหนี้จากลูกหนี้
- ตรวจสอบยอดขายก่อนการทำการวางบิลคู่ค้า
- ติดตามวางบิลและการชำระเงินของคู่ค้า
- จัดทำรายการกระทบยอดลูกค้า, ธนาคาร และบัญขีอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดต่อสื่อสารกับคู่ค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพกับคู่ค้าและทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี สาขา บัญชีและการเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่องแคล่ว เช่น Express และ Microsoft Office
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม สามารถติดต่อประสานงานและทำงานหลายๆงานพร้อมกันได้(Multi-function Skill)
- เป็นคนที่ใส่ใจรายละเอียด รอบคอบ เรียนรู้ไว สามารถทำงานภายใต้กรอบเวลาทีกำหนดได้
- มีประสบการณ์ ด้านงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ ที่เป็นห้างสรรพสินค้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ ด้านงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ Online เช่น Shopeee, Lazada, TikTok จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
