Responsibilities
- Impressive experiential program to provides an exciting journey to explore comprehensive operational lines rotation within Steel manufacturing.
- All-rounded operational lines rotation, including:
- Steel Making
- Rolling Mill
- Maintenance - Intensive internal training with our professionals including on the job training, assigned projects and mentorship.
- After completion of the Engineer Trainee Program, you will be placed in the appropriate position; Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Purchasing Engineer etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering) with GPA 2.50 or above
- 0-3 year working experienced. New graduates are welcome
- Flexible to work across various locations, with a preference for the Rayong plant.
- Planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agile, resilient, energetic, and equipped with can-do attitude
- Interpersonal skills and team collaboration
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good English communication is a plus
