Responsibilities
- Management and responsible about Pre-prep and Batching before cooking zone performance for preparation and processing line.
- Support the department manager in overseeing the daily operation of food perparation, specifically focusing on butchery, slicing or product cutting, while ensuring high standards of safety, sanitation and efficiency.
- This role involves supervisin cutting staff, ensuring proper inventory management and adhering to health regulations.
- Preparation Batching Non allergent / Allergent.
- Screeing process.
- Management and control cost saving of department.
- Supervise about operation performance inspire follow targets KPIs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the products are correct and delivered on time.
- Ensure that the standard operating procedures are adhered.
- Develop, implement and maintain quality control and tracking program to meet quality standard.
- Monitor and review performance of staff.
- Participate in operations efficiency commumication as appropriate.
- Be able to support and participate in the company quality and social activity implementations such as BRC, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, DLD, Fishery, energy saving and environment, New system ERP etc.
- It's understood that the employee is responsible to keep all information, data, record, photo, etc. of the company conficential and will not ecpose to a 3rd party outside, or within the company (not related) without the approval of the dept. head or management.
- Other tasks follwing supervior's assignment or company policy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Fodd industry.
- Age between 30 - 40 years old.
- Have working experience at laest 2 years in food manufacturing industry.
- Have working experience at least 2 years in meat and seafood cutting.
- Have working experience in ERP, Kaizen, GMP, HACCP, Productivity.
- Honesty, Dediction, Continuous learning.
- Conversational Middle level of English.
- Can able Day shift and Night shift
