Sr.Legal Associate - PKF Legal (Thailand) Ltd.

As a Senior Legal Associate at PKF Thailand, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, high-quality, and commercially focused legal services to the firm and its diverse range of clients. This full-time position is based in Bangkok, offering the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced legal professionals and contribute to the ongoing success of the organization.

Job description:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Assisting clients in the process for establishment of companies, branch offices, representative offices

Preparing applications for BOI, IEAT, FBL, Treaty of Amity

Applying for specific license or permit as legally required based on the type of client’s business such as Factory License, FDA License, Customs Permit, Hotel License, etc.

Registration for a changing of company’s information such as directors, address, capital

Assisting with the process for company dissolution and liquidation

Conducting legal research as assigned

Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements

Conduct legal compliance due diligence and litigation check

Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, work regulations, staff handbook, in accordance with Thai labour laws

Handling corporate secretarial tasks which include minutes of meeting (EGM, AGM, BDM), translation, preparing POAs, changing of bank signatories, etc.

Dealing with various government authorities and other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Law

Lawyer License or Notarial Services Attorney License is an advantage

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate legal work

Strong command of English and good communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, problem-solving, research and analytical skills

Responsible, service-minded, with positive and can-do attitude
