Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize tasks.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Executive with internal and external clients.
- Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately.
- Assist with special projects or initiatives undertaken by the executive or the organization.
- Maintain the Executive’s, schedule meetings, and provide reminders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive, staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
1. At least 1 years of experience as a Admin, Supporter, or Assistant.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering, finance, or business administration.
3. Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications.
4. Exceptional planning and time management skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
7. Be flexible and ready to handle unexpected tasks.
8. Proficiency in using digital tools and software.
9. Ability to find solutions independently.
10. Meticulous attention to detail
