Senior Procurement Officer (ปฏิบัติงานที่จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร) - NP Auto Refinishes Co., Ltd.

In this Procurement Officer (Indirect Procurement) role, you will manage end-to-end indirect procurement processes, from RFQ/RFP and supplier evaluation to purchase order management and contract execution. Your scope will cover diverse categories including Marketing & Events, Facilities & MRO, HR & Training, Professional Services, and Logistics & Travel. You will be instrumental in leading commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, service levels, and contractual terms aligned with business objectives, while also driving annual Cost Saving and Cost Avoidance initiatives. You will draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies, and operate SAP/ERP systems for purchase orders, GR/IR processing, and procurement reporting. This position involves close cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations teams to ensure seamless procurement delivery. You will also analyze spend data, vendor performance metrics, and market trends to support strategic sourcing decisions, and build strong supplier relationships through periodic assessments and performance reviews.
