Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end indirect procurement processes including RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, purchase order management, and contract execution across Marketing & Events, Facilities & MRO, HR & Training, Professional Services, and Logistics & Travel categories.
2. Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, service levels, and contractual terms aligned with business objectives
3. Drive annual Cost Saving and Cost Avoidance initiatives, delivering measurable results against defined targets
4. Draft, review, and manage contracts ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards; track renewals and contract milestones
5. Operate SAP/ERP systems for Purchase Orders, GR/IR processing, and procurement reporting with accuracy and efficiency
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations teams to ensure seamless procurement delivery
7. Analyze spend data, vendor performance metrics, and market trends to support strategic sourcing decisions
8. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; conduct periodic vendor assessments and performance reviews

Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years of direct experience in Indirect Procurement within a mid-to-large enterprise or multinational corporation.
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  3. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close commercial agreements effectively with strong business acumen.
  4. Proven track record of achieving tangible Cost Saving results with quantifiable evidence.
  5. Strong understanding of contract structuring, and supplier KPI management.
