Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and relevant departments.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in both Thai and English.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items as assigned.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support office administration activities and special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, Humanities, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, or 0–1 year of experience in Secretary, Administrative, or related roles.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, service-minded, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
