Responsibilities

Job Summary:
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth within the assigned territory by proactively identifying market opportunities,
acquiring new premium customers, and strengthening existing account relationships.
The role requires structured territory management, consistent customer engagement, and effective distributor coordination to ensure target
achievement, optimized route-to-market execution, and alignment with the company’s commercial strategy.
The position plays a critical role in safeguarding the company’s business interests while building sustainable and mutually beneficial
partnerships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance in the assigned territory by proactively analyzing market opportunities, initiating structured discussions with potential premium wrap shops, and converting prospects into sustainable revenue streams.
• Lead new customer acquisition initiatives to consistently expand the premium customer portfolio in alignment with defined growth targets.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through disciplined execution, structured territory planning, and performance tracking.
• Conduct regular and purposeful customer visits to strengthen partnerships, gather market intelligence, and reinforce commercial positioning.
• Manage and coordinate distributor relationships to ensure operational effectiveness, compliance with company pricing and trade policies, and optimal product availability.
• Safeguard commercial interests by ensuring customers purchase in alignment with company strategy, product focus, and agreed commercial terms.
• Build trusted, long-term customer relationships that balance business growth objectives with customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.

• A strong desire to achieve and succeed.

• Experience in developing effective routes to market.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and self-motivation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
