Responsibilities
The Role
You will own the Brand E-Commerce growth engine for Lunio Life - a fashion wellness brand built around comfort, lifestyle, design, and everyday well-being.
This is not a traditional media buying role. You will be responsible for scaling the brand across the full growth system: brand strategy, product and offer planning, website experience, funnel analysis, creative performance, content direction, paid media execution, and customer journey optimization.
You will be hands-on in the ad accounts, deeply involved in Meta Ads and ASC optimization, and expected to connect performance marketing with real business and brand outcomes - including revenue growth, margin, ROAS, MER, AOV, conversion rate, product mix, customer acquisition quality, and brand desirability
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the e-commerce channel for Lunio Life, with direct responsibility for revenue, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, MER, ROAS, and overall channel efficiency.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels, with hands-on execution inside the ad accounts.
- Lead Meta Ads execution with a strong focus on Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC), including campaign setup, budget scaling, catalog performance, creative testing, audience signal analysis, and performance optimization.
- Analyze the full e-commerce funnel from traffic, product page views, add-to-cart, checkout, purchase, and repeat purchase to identify growth opportunities and conversion bottlenecks.
- Work closely with the brand, creative, content, web, and product teams to translate performance insights into better product pages, offers, creative angles, landing pages, and customer journeys.
- Monitor and improve website performance, product page effectiveness, checkout experience, tracking accuracy, and customer acquisition quality.
- Provide weekly performance insights, action plans, and growth recommendations based on platform data, website analytics, backend sales, and business performance metrics.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or performance marketing
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads — you run campaigns yourself, not just brief an agency
- Proven experience managing a product-selling website with a focus on conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable in GA4, Ads Manager, and able to extract insights that drive action
- Data-driven mindset — you back decisions with numbers, not just intuition
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in home, lifestyle, wellness, or premium consumer goods
- Experience managing a team or agency partners
- Working knowledge of Shopify or similar CMS platforms
- Understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies
