Responsibilities
MISSION
You are the final quality gate for everything Lunio's customers see in the Taiwan market. Your job is not just to catch errors; it is to verify that every deliverable actually achieves what the brief asked for. Before any content, page, or campaign goes live, you confirm it is accurate, on-brand, functional, and goal-aligned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Brief Alignment Review ★
–Before production begins, confirm the brief has a clear, measurable goal. If it does not, flag it before work starts.
–At delivery, audit each output against the original brief objective; not just visual standards or grammar. Ask: does this actually achieve what was asked?
–Approve or formally flag deliveries before they move to publication. Document any gaps with specific evidence.
–Escalate unresolved gaps to the Marketing Lead. You have the authority; and the obligation; to hold a delivery.
Pre-Launch QA
–Proof all content across channels; copy, images, and video; before publication, with particular attention to correct Taiwanese Mandarin.
–Maintain a QA checklist per asset type and campaign phase.
Brand Consistency
–Ensure every asset follows brand guidelines: logo, fonts, colour, and voice.
–Raise inconsistencies before assets are approved for launch, not after.
UX & Functional Testing
–Test links, plugins, and sign-up forms before campaigns go live.
–Simulate the full customer purchase journey to catch friction points early.
Performance Monitoring
–Track KPIs (CTR, traffic, cost-per-result) during live campaigns and flag underperformance in real time.
–Before launch, pressure-test whether the creative approach is likely to meet the campaign goal;not just whether it looks correct.
Analysis & Reporting
–Compile post-campaign reports that assess performance against the original brief goal, not just platform metrics.
–Surface learnings and recommended adjustments for the next cycle.
Market & Platform Awareness
–Maintain a solid understanding of the Taiwan market and its marketing communication norms.
–Stay current on platform updates and new social and media opportunities.

–DTC Website; direct-to-consumer online storefront
–Brand CI ; visual and verbal identity across all assets
–Marketplace Storefronts ; Shopee, MOMO, PChome

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
–Native or near-native Taiwanese Mandarin (must-have).
–Fluent English, written and spoken.
–Strong critical judgment; able to assess whether work meets a goal, not just a checklist.
–Comfortable pushing back on the team with clear, evidence-based reasoning.
–Detail-oriented and quality-driven, across both language and strategy.
–Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
–Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
–Based in Bangkok, Thailand.–Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Arts, or a related field; fresh graduates welcome.
Nice to Have
–Familiarity with the Taiwan e-commerce ecosystem (Shopee / MOMO / PChome) and Meta advertising.
–Experience reviewing or approving creative output against a written brief.
–Active social media user who follows the latest trends and platform updates.
–Experience proofreading and editing copy for spelling, grammar, and syntax accuracy across both English and Taiwanese Mandarin.
–Background in writing, copy editing, or editorial work (e.g. journalism, content production, publishing, or similar).
