Process Control Staff (Chinese Speaking) - Senko Advanced Components (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Responsibilities

Support new supplier approval audits.
Assist with internal and third-party audits for SENKO and its suppliers.
Contribute to supplier performance evaluation and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering to identify risks in new product development and review document control, BOM, specifications, and FAI.
Partner with Engineering and suppliers to identify risks in new product manufacturing processes, FMEA, and key product characteristics.
Work with Engineering and suppliers on quality control, quality reporting, and production yield for pilot production.
Assist Engineering and suppliers in establishing product standards, SOP, SIP, CP, and reliability test specifications.
Support the review and follow-up of design changes and quality issues during the new product development stage.
Participate in supplier new production line audits and verifications.
Engage in the evaluation of supplier 4M change requests and risk assessments.
Independently evaluate supplier production control (4M1E) to ensure SENKO product and process requirements are met.
Contribute to improving process control, product quality, and production yield.
Participate in reviewing and following up on open process/quality issues, SCAR, and 8D reports with suppliers.
Assist in handling complex quality issues and customer requirements.
Support the supervision and coordination of QC inspection activities.

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering is preferred.
Diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering may also be considered.
1-2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in the fiber optics industry being a plus.
Understanding of drawing requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Good communication skills in Chinese Mandarin. and Thai
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to prepare reports and work independently.
Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
