Responsibilities

1. วางแผนพัฒนาเชิงกลยุทธ์ และ กำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิตัล / AI Transformation

2. บริหารจัดการโครงการทางธุรกิจการเงินขององค์กรให้สอดคล้องกับนวัตกรรมใหม่ โดยวิธีการแบบ Agile

3. บริหารจัดการ ควบคุม พัฒนาระบบงานด้านสารสนเทศ (IT all fucntion) และ พัฒนาบุคลากรด้าน IT & BD ให้มีศักยกภาพ

4. แสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจ (Business Opportunity Identification) : วิเคราะห์ตลาด ค้นหาเทรนด์ใหม่ๆ

5. ค้นคว้า พัฒนา และ นำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาสร้างรูปแบบธุรกิจ (Business Model)

6. ปรับเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมองค์กร (Change Management & Corporat Culture)

7. ประสานงานกับ HR Dept. เพื่อส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรมีทักษะดิจิทัล (Digital Literacy)

8. วางแผน ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล PDPA , AML และการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน ปปง. และ ธปท.

9. บริหารจัดการ ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และ ประเมิน Vender/Supplier ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานระบบและโปรแกรมสำหรับองค์กรได้

Responsibilities include planning and managing business strategies in the form of organizational digital transformation, focusing on improving internal operational efficiency, driving innovation, and enhancing the customer experience in the foreign exchange business, requiring a blend of strategic leadership and practical execution. This involves overseeing IT (infrastructure and support) , software architecture, and collaborating with the business development team on product development to support future business operations, ultimately aiming to become a leading organization driven by innovation technology and AI in the foreign exchange industry.

Qualifications

• ปริญญาตรี / ปริญญาโท สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวคอมฯ หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ตรง 10 ปีขึ้นไป ในด้านบริหารจัดการระบบสารสนเทศ ; พัฒนาธุรกิจ ; การปรับเปลี่ยนระบบงานด้าน AI

• มีความสามารถในการบริหารโครงการด้านธุรกิจการเงิน หรือ การพัฒนากลยุทธ์ดิจิทัล (Digital Strategy Formulation) วางแผนการนำเทคโนโลยี (AI, Data Analytics, Cloud) มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงาน เพื่อให้สามารถแข่งขันในตลาดได้

• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และ ชำนาญการในด้าน สถาปัตยกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ โครงสร้างพื้นฐานไอที คลาวด์ โซลูชั่น ความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ และ วิธีการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบทางการเงิน

• มีความคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ และ สามารถปฏิบัติงานจริงในสภาพแวดล้อมทางเทคโนโลยีที่ซับซ้อนได้

• มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ การวิเคราะห์ และ สามารถสื่อสารได้ทั้ง ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ

• สามารถเดินทางออกนอกสถานที่ เพื่อสนับสนุนแผนงานทางธุรกิจ และ ร่วมประชุมเป็นตัวแทนองค์กร

>> ปฏิบัติงานควบคู่กับฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจ และ ฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยอยู่ภายใต้การบริหารของ ประธานกรรมการฯ

>> สถานที่หลักในการปฏิบัติงาน คือ สนญ.อาคารสีลมพลาซ่า

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in information systems management; business development; and AI-powered system transformation.

• Possesses skills in managing business and financial projects, or developing digital strategies (Digital Strategy Formulation), and planning the application of technologies (AI, Data Analytics, Cloud) to enhance competitiveness in the market.

• Possesses knowledge, understanding, and expertise in software architecture, IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and financial regulatory compliance.

• A strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on in complex technology environments.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Able to travel outside the office to support business plans and attend organization representative meetings.
